The Venue & Events team are now recruiting for a savvy digital marketing co-ordinator to support our Events team on a casual basis. To be successful in promoting our annual WDC festivals, such as Endless Summer and Puanga Matariki, you will have experience in the creation of digital content for marketing purposes, together with an awareness of brand management.

Ideally, we are seeking a flexible team player with a willingness to learn and grow in the role. You will be passionate about events and committed to working as a team to deliver an outstanding service to our community.

Specific duties of the role will include:

• Liaising with our communications team in the production of digital marketing and printed collateral
• Social media management
• Website content updates
• Promoting festivals on multi-channel platforms
• Ad-hoc marketing administration support

You will have the ability to work flexibly on a casual basis, approx. 60hrs per month. Hourly rate will be discussed with candidates at preliminary interview stage.
