Boners/Sawmen

We currently have full-time, permanent positions available in our Boning Room for experienced boners and sawmen.

  • Must be able to bone beef and lamb
  • Ability to bone bobby calves an advantage

Slaughter Floor Workers

We also have full-time, permanent positions available for slaughter floor workers.

Duties: To stun, bleed, slaughter, flay and prepare beef, sheep and bobby calves for further processing.
