About the role
As our Marketing and Ticketing Administrator, you'll coordinate marketing campaigns for Forum North and manage ticketing operations for events. This is a varied role where you'll combine creativity with organisational skills to ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives and outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing website content and social media for events
- Coordinating radio, print, and digital marketing campaigns
- Distributing promotional materials and email newsletters
- Overseeing ticketing operations, including kiosk management and staff rostering
- Providing customer support for ticket sales and queries
- Handling invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.
About you
If you have experience in some or all of the following, we would love to hear from you:
- Customer service
- Experience in a role with marketing as a main feature
- Confident with ICT systems, Excel and social media
- Ability to understand and follow set processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to communicate across all mediums.
