About the role

As our Marketing and Ticketing Administrator, you'll coordinate marketing campaigns for Forum North and manage ticketing operations for events. This is a varied role where you'll combine creativity with organisational skills to ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives and outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing website content and social media for events

• Coordinating radio, print, and digital marketing campaigns

• Distributing promotional materials and email newsletters

• Overseeing ticketing operations, including kiosk management and staff rostering

• Providing customer support for ticket sales and queries

• Handling invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.

About you

If you have experience in some or all of the following, we would love to hear from you:

• Customer service

• Experience in a role with marketing as a main feature

• Confident with ICT systems, Excel and social media

• Ability to understand and follow set processes

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong ability to communicate across all mediums.
