We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric Part-Time Key Holder to support the daily operations of our jewellery store. This role is suited to a confident retail professional who understands luxury service, values presentation and precision, and thrives in a sales-focused environment.
As a trusted senior presence on the floor, you will deliver a premium customer experience while supporting store performance and maintaining the highest operational standards.
Your role will include:
- Opening and closing the store in line with established security procedures
- Delivering refined, personalised service that drives sales and repeat clientele
- Supporting customers through considered product knowledge and confident selling
- Acting as the senior team member on duty when management is not present
- Maintaining exceptional store presentation and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evening shifts as required
Part-time hours:
- Monday: 8:30am - 2:00pm
- Friday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
