  • Support elected member enquiries and ensure clear, timely information flow across multiple systems
  • Review existing processes and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to keep the team running smoothly

About you:

This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work. You are organised, confident and comfortable working across multiple workstreams, and you're motivated by the chance to help shape a new role within an evolving team.

You will also have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, coordination or project support role within a complex organisation
  • High digital capability, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and support others
  • The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and keep work moving
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work effectively at pace and through ambiguity
  • A continuous improvement mindset, contributing positively to team culture and wellbeing

What we can offer:

  • Great work-life balance with flexibility
  • Career coaching and development
  • Life insurance
  • Wellbeing and volunteer leave
