Full-Time Sales Assistant - Pascoes Jewellery | Glenfield

We're on the lookout for a fantastic, energetic Full-Time Sales Assistant to join our Pascoes Glenfield team. At Pascoes, we support and develop our people, guiding them toward success while delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.

This is a 37.5-hour per week role, requiring availability across weekdays, weekends, and additional hours when needed.

No jewellery experience? No problem! Full training will be provided.

About the Role:
You'll deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving personal sales targets and supporting overall store KPIs. You'll contribute positively to the team with a proactive, can-do attitude, support visual merchandising and in-store promotions, and confidently manage daily store operations including back-of-house procedures and paperwork.

Role Hours

• Monday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
• Tuesday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
• Wednesday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
• Thursday: 4:00pm - 9:00pm
• Sunday: 9:30am - 5:30pm

About You:
You'll have previous sales experience and a strong passion for customer service. Confident, well-presented, and people-focused, you communicate clearly and professionally, handle customer enquiries with care, and take pride in being reliable, punctual, and motivated.
