We are looking for an organised and dependable administrator to provide part-time support to our People and Culture team during the implementation of a new HRIS. This is a 12-month fixed-term position, working 20 hours per week over 4-5 days.
What you do:
- Provide general administrative support to the People and Culture team such as data entry, scanning, and record maintenance.
- Monitor the shared inbox and respond to routine enquiries.
- Scan, file, and maintain documents in line with document management standards.
- Assist with recruitment administration from advertising through to appointment.
- Post job advertisements and maintain applicant communications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare interview documentation.
What you will bring:
- NCEA Level 3 (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics, or relevant work experience
- Basic administration or office experience (this can include study, part-time work, or internships)
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to follow processes and handle confidential information appropriately
- A reliable, professional, and team-focused approach
