Successful applicants may be engaged across feasibility, front-end design, site engineering support, and construction delivery. Depending on your background, you may align with one or more of the roles.

What You'll Do

While responsibilities vary by discipline, typical tasks may include:

• Lead full project lifecycles, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations
• Integrate engineering, fabrication, procurement, and site construction
• Build strong client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities
• Apply commercial and contractual expertise (NEC, 3910, EPC, reimbursable and lump‑sum models)
• Maintain, champion, and oversee safety, quality, governance and ensure HSE compliance
• Mentor project engineers and emerging project managers
• Oversee coordination and delivery of small to medium projects
• Support Site Operations Coordinators and field crews
• Manage new business opportunities through close client liaison
• Lead tendering activities
• Plan, schedule, and manage construction activities and budgets
• Coordinate materials, logistics, subcontractors, and fabrication interfaces
• Prepare tenders and estimates, including emergent shutdown work
• Oversee quality assurance, testing, and project documentation
• Monitor project progress and ensure accurate reporting
• Act as primary client liaison, identifying efficiencies and cost savings

About You

We'd like to hear from your if you bring:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry experience in your discipline
• 5+ years' experience and strong technical capability in industrial, EPC, construction, heavy industry, or complex major projects
• With proven delivery of projects ranging from $5 to $100m+
• Working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams, project delivery teams and subcontractors
• Strong technical/engineering background with practical site understanding
• Experience in client account management, business development, and major tenders
• Strong track record in developing and mentoring teams, leadership and client-facing skills
• Skilled in managing contractors, suppliers, and logistics
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to travel for project delivery
