Customer Service Role

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic customer centric team member to join our Head Office team. You'll be working from our Auckland central city location, which has close access to the motorways.

Your days will be filled with plenty of variety with a strong focus on our customers. You will be answering phones and transferring calls to relevant staff members, responding to online and social media platform enquiries and managing social media enquiries. A large part of the role will be liasing with customers on their specific jewellery and watch enquiries, where strong product knowledge is important. You will also provide other general administrative support as required.

Ideally you will have:

• Customer centric attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent jewellery and watch product knowledge
• Confident personality
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Social Media Channels
• Great multi-tasking skills and be a team player
• NCEA/equivalent qualification required, with tertiary education or management experience preferred
