We're currently looking for a special someone who can lead one of our landscaping teams and is willing to take a hands-on approach. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working in the fresh air and are looking for a job with variety, this could be your next job.

As a Team Leader Landscaper, you'll enjoy working hands-on, while guiding and supporting your crew. You will lead by example, manage day-to-day activities on site, and ensue we deliver high-quality landscaping projects across the Central Otago region.

- Have a flexible approach to working hours
- Are willing to assist with vegetation maintenance across the full range of landscaping needs.
What You'll Bring
- A minimum of five years recent commercial landscaping experience in public places, orchards, commercial and high end residential gardens, company grounds etc.
- Experience across a range of landscaping environments
- Competency in plant, shrub and tree identification, especially NZ native vegetation
- Strong knowledge of plant husbandry, including planting and propagation, pruning and plant care and maintenance
- Practical experience installing irrigation systems
- Chainsaw operations
- Experienced in operating tractors, mowers and similar compact gardening machinery.
- Full Drivers Licence (Class 1)
It will also be advantageous to have:
- Leadership experience
- Class 2 driver's licence
