Planning & Reporting Analyst

We're looking for a Planning & Reporting Analyst to join our Strategic Programmes & Engagement team. In this role, you'll help us understand how projects are performing, maintain the systems our organisation relies on and support teams to make informed decisions using reliable data.

What you'll do
As a Planning & Reporting Analyst, you will:
- Produce monthly project and programme performance reports for the organisation and Council.
- Ensure data accuracy across project and programme reporting systems and databases.
- Enhance and maintain the Excel based Programme Overview Report.
- Monitor organisational performance and KPI's, providing insights that support informed decision-making
- Oversee and improve Edison365, the PMO workspace, our data toolkit and Power BI reporting.
About you
You'll bring a strong analytical approach and a commitment to accuracy, along with:
- Experience analysing data, managing reporting, and presenting insights
- Advanced Excel capability plus experience in Power BI is an advantage - or you're familiar with it and willing to learn
- Experience with system administration and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to turn complex information into meaningful insights.
- A high level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy
