As Store Manager, you'll be hands-on in the day-to-day running of the store while leading and developing a small, passionate team. You'll set the tone, drive performance, and ensure every customer experience reflects the quality and reputation of the Stewart Dawsons brand.

The Role

• Oversee the daily operations of the NorthWest store
• Lead, coach and develop a small, enthusiastic team
• Deliver exceptional sales and customer experiences, always going the extra mile
• Achieve store and personal sales targets through excellence in service
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards that showcase our beautiful products
• Foster a positive, can-do culture aligned with our company values

You are an energetic and engaging leader who genuinely enjoys working with people. You know how to bring out the best in others and create a team environment built on trust, pride and shared success.

You will also bring:

• Proven experience in retail leadership and staff supervision
• A strong eye for merchandising and presentation
• Professional presentation and confident communication skills
• The ability to handle customer interactions with care and professionalism
• A passion for building morale, loyalty and team spirit
• Excellent English language skills
• New Zealand citizenship, residency, or a current NZ work permit
