Installation & Service Coordinator

This is an opportunity for an experienced administrator or customer service professional who is looking for the next stage in their career, someone who enjoys ownership, thrives on coordination, and wants to play a central role in delivering high-quality outcomes for key customers.

At Moffat, this role is more than scheduling and paperwork. You will sit at the heart of complex installation projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring our Key Account customers receive a seamless, professional experience from order through to installation and after-sales support.

About the Role

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end coordination of equipment installations. You will:

  • Coordinate equipment installations for Key Account customers
  • Liaise with Sales, service providers, logistics partners and customers
  • Manage timelines, documentation and service standards
  • Support after-sales activities and ongoing customer relationships
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed parameters

This is a hands-on coordination role with real responsibility. You will be trusted to manage multiple moving parts, communicate clearly, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

About You

You may currently be working in administration, customer service or internal sales support and feel ready for more ownership and challenge.

You will bring:

  • Strong administrative and organisational experience
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality outcomes

Technical industry experience is helpful, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to coordinate, communicate and take responsibility.
