About the Role
You will be the key interface for spare parts sales nationally and internationally, managing client communication, supplier coordination and internal workflows to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client liaison for national and international spare parts sales
- Preparing and managing spare parts quotations
- Processing sales orders through to invoicing
- Coordinating spare parts logistics and supplier communication
- Supporting service coordination and operational requirements
Because we deal with overseas clients, your mornings will often begin with time-sensitive emails and enquiries. You will assess inventory, confirm supply capability, prepare quotes and provide clear deadlines.
This is not a role where you sit back and wait. At times, you will step into picking and packing to ensure commitments are met. You will also have the opportunity to assist the Service Manager when required gaining exposure that supports your career progression.
About You
You are already operating in a similar spare parts or service administration role and are looking for the next level, or possibly coming from a trade or engineering tertiary background.
You take ownership. You move things forward. You understand that response time and clarity matter.
You are mechanically minded, whether through formal experience or genuine interest, and comfortable working around technically focused teams. You are proactive, practical and solutions-driven. You notice what needs attention and act.
You are confident without ego, able to have a laugh with the team, yet clear on when it's time to focus and deliver. Most importantly, you are looking for a long-term opportunity, not just your next job.
