Based at Forum North—home to the Capitaine Bougainville Theatre, Kotahitanga Exhibition Hall, and the Cafler Suite—your work will help ensure this much-loved community hub remains vibrant, welcoming, and well-utilised. About the role
This pivotal front-facing and administrative role is the first port of call for all venue sales enquiries and client support.
As our Venue Coordinator you'll work closely with hirers, promoters, internal teams, and contractors, owning the scheduling, processing, and system-based tasks that keep events running smoothly. From assessing event needs and preparing quotes to coordinating bookings, logistics, and calendars, your strong organisational skills will help bring events to life and keep Forum North operating like clockwork.
Key responsibilities
- Managing venue enquiries, bookings, quotes, contracts, and event schedules
- Handling administrative and financial processes including purchase orders, invoicing, reconciliations, and timesheets

- An understanding of health and safety practices

- Confidence working with systems, databases, and administrative processes
