We are offering a 30-hour per week opportunity within our Risk and Compliance team that can suit two very different people: an experienced audit or compliance professional seeking part-time hours, or a final-year student who is audit-trained and ready to apply their knowledge in a real-world environment.
This is a pivotal role supporting the ongoing integrity of our integrated management system, ensuring our quality and health and safety standards remain compliant, practical and embedded across the business

About the Role
Sitting within Risk and Compliance and reporting to the People Lead, this position plays a central role in maintaining our quality, safety and compliance standards across the organisation .
You will contribute to ISO management and auditing processes, support corrective actions, assist with internal and external compliance reporting, and help ensure the business continues to meet certification and regulatory requirements . The role also provides exposure to broader compliance areas including business licensing, corporate compliance, privacy and health and safety systems .
From supporting internal audits and reviewing documentation, to monitoring incident reporting and assisting with safety programs, this position offers meaningful, hands-on experience across quality and safety functions .
We Welcome Applications From:
An experienced audit or compliance professional who is looking to step into a part-time role without stepping away from meaningful responsibility. You may already have experience in ISO 9001 quality systems, audit management or compliance functions and are seeking greater flexibility.
Or
A final-year student in a relevant discipline who is audit-trained and looking for a role that complements your studies. You are eager to learn, confident working with systems and documentation, and ready to develop practical experience in ISO, compliance and safety frameworks.
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong attention to detail, sound written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and auditing processes will be highly regarded, as will solid Microsoft Office capability and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across the business .
