As one of our LMS Content Analysts, you will maintain and improve myBCITO, our Canvas-based Learning Management System. Ensuring our courses are accurate, accessible, and engaging. You'll manage course content updates, create and migrate courses and learner data, run quality checks, and support internal and external users via Tier 2 helpdesk. You will also analyse data, test functionality, and collaborate with the wider Digital and Product teams to deliver improvements and projects.

• Experience providing technical support for an LMS
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Strong IT, communication, and organisational skills
• Confident analysing data
• Skilled in editing content for accessibility and readability
• Enjoys supporting users to get the most from the LMS
