Our Albany store is looking for a full time Sales Consultant who understands the power of connection and enjoys helping customers find the perfect piece to mark life's special occasions.

This is a full time role working Tuesday to Saturday, and these days are not negotiable.

You will be part of a lively and supportive team who enjoy working together, celebrating success, and delivering exceptional service to every customer who walks through the door.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant you will play an important role in creating memorable customer experiences while driving strong sales performance in store.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service and building genuine relationships with customers
• Helping customers select jewellery that represents a memory, emotion, or special moment in their lives
• Achieving individual sales targets and KPI based performance goals
• Supporting the daily operations of the store
• Opening and closing the store as a keyholder when required
• Maintaining high presentation standards and attention to detail

What We Are Looking For

Retail experience is preferred and previous keyholder experience will be highly regarded.

Due to company policy, applicants must be 18 years or older.

Applicants must currently live in New Zealand and hold residency.
