Casual Administration Support Officer (Dog Registrations)

We're seeking a reliable and detail-focused Casual Administration Support Officer to assist with processing dog registrations during peak periods.
This role supports our tight-knit Animal & Compliances Services team by ensuring dog registrations are processed accurately and in line with agreed procedures. It's well suited to someone who enjoys administrations work, values accuracy and is comfortable working with online systems.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Process online dog registrations received via the Dog Registration Portal or email
- Enter and maintain accurate records across Council systems
- Follow established procedures and contribute to consistent service delivery
- Provide general administrative support as required
About You
You will bring:
- Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
- Confidence using computer systems, with strong data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management, with the ability to work independently
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to teamwork
