About the role

You'll act as the technical expert across commercial HVAC projects, working alongside contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure installations are delivered right from start to finish.

You'll be out on-site when it matters, but also building relationships, influencing outcomes, and becoming a trusted advisor across projects.

Your day to day will look like:

• Supporting contractors through installation and commissioning
• Conducting site visits at key project stages
• Advising on system setup, controls, and performance
• Delivering training and troubleshooting technical issues
• Acting as the link between technical delivery and client expectations
• Identifying opportunities within existing projects and accounts

This role is built for someone who:

• Has a trade or engineering background in HVAC / Refrigeration
• EST electrical registration at a minimum
• Brings 4-8+ years hands-on industry experience
• Understands installs, commissioning, and system performance
• Is ready to move into a more strategic, less physical role
• Enjoys working with people not just systems
• Wants to build a long-term career beyond the tools
