Dialog Fitzroy Engineering Group is a leading EPC contractor delivering complex projects across the energy, industrial and bulk storage sectors. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Tanks and Terminals EPC project in New South Wales.

This role offers flexibility to be based in Australia or New Zealand, with regular interaction with the NSW project site and wider project team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for end-to-end EPC delivery of a large-scale Tanks and Terminals project, managing engineering, procurement and construction activities to ensure safe, on-time and on-budget outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Full lifecycle EPC project management from detailed design through to construction and commissioning

- Leadership of multidisciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, piping, structural and E&I

- Management of engineering, procurement and construction interfaces

- Oversight of civil works (tank foundations, bunds, drainage, pavements) and mechanical scope (storage tanks, piping systems, pumps, valves and terminal equipment)

- Project controls including cost management, forecasting, schedule and risk management

- Vendor and subcontractor management, procurement strategy and contract administration

- Client engagement, reporting and stakeholder management

- Ensuring compliance with Australian standards, project specifications and safety requirements

- Participation in tenders and proposals for future EPC opportunities

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong technical capability combined with proven EPC project delivery experience.

Ideally, you will have:

- Degree qualification in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (strongly preferred)

- 10+ years' experience in engineering or construction project management within an EPC environment

- Proven experience delivering tanks, terminals, bulk storage or industrial infrastructure projects

- Strong understanding of civil and mechanical integration on major projects

- Commercial and financial management capability

- Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary project teams

- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills

- A strong focus on safety, quality and delivery
