We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Central team, overseeing over 100 drivers across Whanganui, Ohakune, and Taumarunui. From school runs to urban services and charters, you'll be at the heart of keeping our network running smoothly.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, making decisions, solving problems, and supporting people in real time.

What you'll be doing:

• Driving a positive, practical Health & Safety culture
• Keeping daily operations running like clockwork

• Managing rosters, fleet, and service delivery
• Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
