Building Quality Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Building Quality Manager to join our team in a full-time role for a 4 months fixed term due to a secondment.
About the role
In this role you will be responsible for accreditation, regulatory compliance and quality management in regards to the Building Consent Authority (BCA).
You will also be responsible for:
- Quality assurance across the building team through auditing and quality projects that create continuous improvement
- Leading internal and external communication and information
- Supporting the wider building team
About you
We are looking for a confident candidate who brings strategic insight and practical delivery.
You will have:
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems and the BCA accreditation scheme
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in a similar role managing, implementing, and monitoring quality systems, conducting audits, and continuously improving procedures.
- Strong understanding of digital ways of working, with experience of using Microsoft to achieve effective outcomes
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately for a range of audiences and adapt style accordingly
- Experience (5+ years) in leading similarly sized functional area in a large multidisciplinary and complex organization - Desirable
