We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Assistant (35 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday) to join our Pascoes team!

At Pascoes, we pride ourselves on helping customers celebrate life's special moments through beautiful jewellery and exceptional service. As part of our team, you'll play an important role in creating memorable shopping experiences while working collaboratively with a supportive and passionate team.

In this role, you'll:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build genuine connections with customers
• Assist customers in finding the perfect jewellery pieces for every occasion
• Work towards achieving sales targets and store KPIs
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Support day-to-day store operations and contribute positively to the team culture

Jewellery experience is a bonus, but it's not essential. What's most important to us is finding someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn. We'll provide full product training, ongoing support, and the tools you need to succeed in the role.
