About the Role

Tranzit Coachlines Southern is seeking expressions of interest from professional and reliable Tour Drivers to join our team in a role based out of central Christchurch for our upcoming tour season. Tranzit Coachlines Southern is a 70+ fleet operation, with services operating throughout the South Island. We have casual opportunities available, offering varied and rewarding work across day tours and overnight multi-day tours.

This role provides the opportunity to showcase some of the South Island's most incredible destinations to visitors from around the world. Tours can range from single-day trips through to extended tours of up to 14 days, so flexibility and a willingness to work away from home is essential. No two days are the same, with a mix of scenic touring, customer interaction, and travel throughout the South Island.

Hours are seasonal (September to March).

To be successful you will have:

• A minimum Class 4 licence with Passenger (P) Endorsement
• Previous driving experience is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commentary skills are advantageous
• A positive outlook and professional attitude
• Flexibility to work overnight and multi-day tours
