About the role
Our community loves to swim - and you'll help make it happen!
You will:
- Teach all ages essential water skills
- Deliver fun, structured lessons that build confidence
- Encourage and celebrate progress every step of the way
- Be able to communicate comfortably and clearly with parents and caregivers
- Play a key role in keeping our community safe in and around water
No experience? No problem! While qualifications are a bonus, we offer full in-house training.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be committed to completing all training required, be comfortable working with all ages and be committed to working positively within a team and value the importance of swim safety.
You'll bring:

Before joining the team, you'll complete standard safety checks - because keeping our tamariki and kaimahi safe is our top priority.
