We are seeking a fantastic and energetic Part-time Sales Assistant to join our Pascoes Team in Sylvia Park. We work with our teams, guiding them toward success and we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service. The successful candidate must be able to work weekdays, weekends and extra hours when required.

Don't have jewellery experience? No problem! We will provide you with training.

Role Hours - 18 hours per week:

• Thursday 5:00pm-9:00pm
• Friday 2:00pm - 9:00pm
• Saturday 11:00am - 7:00pm

The Role:

• Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture
• Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store targets and KPI's
• Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing "can-do" attitude
• Support your team
• Focus on attention to detail, diligence, and maximising efficiency and time
• Understand and execute back-of-house paperwork and procedures
• Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising, displays, and other activities

About you:

• Sales experience is required, you must be a real sales "superstar"
• You will be confident and enthusiastic - a real people person
• You will be professionally presented and well-spoken
• Show an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and inquiries
• Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty, and pride in the store
