At Prime Range Meats, we're looking for a hands-on Slaughter Board Leading Hand to help drive the success of our processing team. This is an opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you'll mentor your team, maintain high production standards, and help create a safe, positive workplace that everyone enjoys being part of.

Your day will include:
- Leading, mentoring and supporting your team on the slaughter board.
- Promoting a positive, respectful and productive team culture.
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Maintaining compliance with food safety, animal welfare and Health & Safety requirements.
- Working alongside people from diverse cultural backgrounds and fostering strong teamwork.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance.
What you'll bring
- Proven slaughter board experience across beef, sheep and bobby calves.
- A strong commitment to quality, productivity and workplace safety.
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
- The ability to motivate others and lead by example.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to perform under pressure.
