At Prime Range Meats, we're looking for a hands-on Slaughter Board Leading Hand to help drive the success of our processing team. Your day will include:

• Leading, mentoring and supporting your team on the slaughter board.
• Promoting a positive, respectful and productive team culture.
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Maintaining compliance with food safety, animal welfare and Health & Safety requirements.
• Working alongside people from diverse cultural backgrounds and fostering strong teamwork.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance.

What you'll bring

• Proven slaughter board experience across beef, sheep and bobby calves.
• A strong commitment to quality, productivity and workplace safety.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
• The ability to motivate others and lead by example.
