We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our Pascoes NorthWest team, someone who brings energy, positivity and a genuine passion for people. This is a role where you won't just manage a store; you'll create a culture where your team feels supported, motivated and proud of what they achieve.

You'll be responsible for driving sales results, developing your team and delivering outstanding experiences for every customer who walks through the door. You'll lead from the front, coach your team to succeed and create a store environment that reflects the quality and reputation of the Pascoes brand.

In return, you'll receive comprehensive training across jewellery, sales, coaching, financials and store operations, along with the support of an experienced leadership network who are passionate about sharing knowledge and helping each other succeed.

This is a 40-hour role, generally working Tuesday to Saturday, with availability required for weekends, late nights and public holidays as needed.
