We're looking for an Assistant Manager who is ready to step into a leadership role and make an impact. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help drive the daily success of the store while supporting your team to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional service and create a positive store culture.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in coaching and training staff, merchandising, stock management, cash handling, reporting and helping ensure the store runs smoothly.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Previous retail management or leadership experience
• A passion for customers, sales and delivering great experiences
• Confidence coaching and supporting a team to achieve results
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• A positive, energetic approach with the ability to lead by example

This is a full-time 40-hour role working Sunday to Thursday, including a late-night Thursday close.
