We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic extraordinaire part-time Sales Assistant, to join our Stewart Dawsons Bayfair branch. We work with our teams, guiding them towards success and we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service.
You'll be the first person our customers will engage with, so your customer service will be exceptional, ensuring our customers leave feeling welcomed and understood and delighted in every step of the way.
Don't have jewellery experience? No problem! We will provide you with training.
The Role:
Part-Time position available:
- Minimum 20 hours per week
- late nights and weekend days
- Public holiday work required
You will:
- Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture.
- Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer
- Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing positive, happy attitude
- Support your team members to success
- Learn to process, clean and merchandise jewellery and watches to the highest standard
- Understand and execute back of house paperwork and procedures
About you:
- You must love people and be able to listen and talk to anyone
- You will be confident and enthusiastic
- You will be professionally presented and well-spoken
- Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store
- Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising, displays and other activities
