Technopak
Your Career Starts Here. Where It Goes Is Up To You.
Some people are looking for just another job. You're looking for somewhere you can learn, grow and build a career.
You might have around a year of work experience under your belt. Maybe you've worked in warehousing, administration, retail, manufacturing or logistics. Maybe you've always enjoyed understanding how things work, have an interest in engineering or mechanics, and you're ready to join a business where your potential matters more than your years of experience.
If you're motivated, have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in getting things right, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
At Technopak, we don't just fill positions, we develop careers.
About the role
As part of our Inventory team, you'll learn how a manufacturing business operates from the inside out. You'll work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to sharing their knowledge and helping you build your career.
This isn't a role where you'll stay in the same position forever. It's an opportunity to gain exposure across procurement, inventory, manufacturing and engineering while discovering where your strengths and interests can take you. If you're ambitious, the only way here is up.
What you'll be doing
Working alongside our experienced Inventory Manager and wider team, you'll learn every aspect of inventory administration while supporting the day-to-day operation of our manufacturing business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing incoming goods
- Checking deliveries against purchase orders
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Reconciling supplier invoices
- Managing supplier returns and credits
- Collecting supplier compliance documentation
- Supporting procurement activities
- Assisting with stocktakes
- Working closely with production, project managers and accounts
About You
We're less interested in how many years you've worked and more interested in the attitude you bring.
You'll be someone who:
- Has exceptional attention to detail
- Takes initiative instead of waiting to be asked
- Loves learning new skills
- Can follow processes and instructions accurately
- Has good computer skills
- Has an interest in manufacturing, engineering or mechanics
- Wants to build a long-term career rather than just find another job
Why you'll love working here
You'll join a supportive team that genuinely wants to see you succeed. From day one, you'll receive training, guidance and exposure to different parts of the business, helping you understand how a successful manufacturing company operates.
As your confidence and skills grow, so will your opportunities.
If you're someone who enjoys learning, asks questions, takes initiative and wants to build a career with a company that invests in its people, you'll fit right in.
