School Bus Driver Opportunities

Tranzit Coachlines Bay of Plenty proudly operates a range of public transport services in the Bay of Plenty region. As we prepare for our new contract that commences in January 2027, we are seeking expressions of interest from safe and confident drivers to join our team.
Our professional drivers provide daily school bus services around Tauranga, Monday to Friday with approximately 15 hours per week, there are additional hours available completing transfers and charters if you would like them. Otherwise, enjoy school holidays off to spend as you please!
This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for permanent part-time work in a supportive environment that gives back to the community. Our experienced driver trainers are available to upskill those with the right attitude, so all vehicle class types are welcome to apply.

What we're looking for:
- We're looking for friendly, confident people who enjoy working with others (no previous industry experience required)
- A positive attitude, excellent communicator and enjoys talking to people.
- A safe and confident driver with a clean record, having held a full car licence for at least 2 years.
- A class 2 licence and a P Endorsement is preferred, but we can assist you to obtain this.
We set you up for success, full training will be provided by our team.
