Joining our Chartwell store, you will work collaboratively with the team to provide top service to our customers and achieve all sales KPI's. If you have experience in the jewellery industry then that's a plus, but if not, don't worry, we will train you in product knowledge and give you the additional skills to be successful in your role.

• Customer service selling jewellery and watches
• Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture
• Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store targets

About you:

• Customer service experience required
• Excellent time management skills - Be on time

• You will be professionally presented and well-spoken
• Show an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and inquiries
