We're excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Hornby team. This is a pivotal role focused on managing customer orders, resolving issues, and helping ensure the smooth allocation and delivery of Daikin products.

In this role, you will:
Create a world-class customer experience by being empathetic, trusted and knowledgeable.
Ensure timely processing of warranty claims, returns, credits, and sales orders in line with service level agreements.
Provide exceptional phone support to internal and external stakeholders, resolving enquiries efficiently.
Oversee back orders, forward orders, and open returns to ensure smooth order flow.
Handle quote processing, including airfreight quotes, with accuracy and speed.
Troubleshoot and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Build strong relationships with all stakeholders to maintain high service standards.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience with SAP would be advantageous but is not essential.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Accurate and efficient typing skills.
Highly developed teamwork and collaboration skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term, effective relationships with employees, clients, and suppliers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of people.
Demonstrated ability to manage challenging situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
