About the Role

We're seeking experienced Care Partners to join our team in permanent part time and casual positions.

Working alongside a supportive, values-led team, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents with complex needs while contributing to The Selwyn Way - our holistic approach to supporting the whole person.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years' NZ aged care experience, including dementia and hospital-level care
• Level 3 or 4 Health & Wellbeing qualification preferred
• Availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays
• Permanent NZ work rights
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• A calm, empathetic and professional approach to care
• Physical capability to perform the demands of the role
• A genuine commitment to person-centred care
