Why this role?

As one of two People & Wellbeing Administrators, you'll support the People & Wellbeing team with Council's HRIS and outsourced payroll service, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance and excellent internal support. You'll also provide process guidance on our HRIS and payroll systems, maintain employee records and documentation, support reporting and coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.

This is a varied role where your organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to great service will make a real impact.

What we are looking for?

We are seeking someone with proven experience in human resources administration, people support or a similar role along with practical knowledge of payroll legislation and processes. You will be familiar with using HRIS or payroll-related systems, comfortable working with confidential information and able to balance accuracy with a practical, customer-focused approach.

To be a good fit for this role you'll be someone who enjoys getting the details right with a genuine interest and belief in helping others. The ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of people will be essential.
