Contracts Administrator
Traffitech Limited (RTL)
Auckland | Full-time | $55,000-$65,000
You understand that successful contracts rely on more than work being completed on site. Quotes need to be accurate, claims submitted on time, records kept up to date and every detail accounted for before an invoice is issued.
Ross Roadmarkers is looking for a capable Contracts Administrator to help keep that entire process running smoothly.
About Ross Roadmarkers
Ross Roadmarkers is an Auckland-based company specialising in pavement markings for local authorities, NZTA, roading and civil engineering companies.
As Auckland's only independent certified line-marking company, we have established relationships with major contractors, retailers and utility companies. Ross Roadmarkers is also part of the wider Traffitech Group.

Working closely with the Operations Manager and Company Accountant, you will help manage the administrative cycle from pricing and quoting through to claims and invoicing.

- Assisting with the ongoing improvement of systems and procedures
About you

- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Experience using Greentree or a similar business management system
- Excellent attention to detail
