What you'll be doing

• Delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Achieving personal sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Leading by example and representing the Pascoes values every day.
• Balancing customer service with store administration and operational tasks.
• Supporting the success of the store by contributing ideas and taking pride in your work.
• Assisting with visual merchandising to ensure the store always looks its best.
