We're looking for a full-time Retail Assistant who enjoys the buzz of a busy store, connects easily with people and knows how to turn great service into sales.

Make every customer experience count

You'll welcome customers, listen to what they're looking for and guide them through our range with confidence and care. From helping someone choose an everyday favourite to finding the perfect gift for a significant occasion, you'll make their visit memorable.

Alongside selling, you'll help keep displays looking their best, assist with stock and daily store tasks, and pitch in to support your colleagues during busy periods.

What you'll bring

You'll bring strong selling skills, a genuine interest in people and the motivation to work towards sales targets. You'll enjoy being part of a team and stay positive when the pace picks up.

We're looking for someone who:

• Connects easily with customers and confidently guides the sale
• Brings retail or customer service experience and a passion for selling
• Stays calm, organised and friendly in a busy environment
• Takes initiative and helps wherever needed
• Brings an enthusiastic, can-do attitude to every shift

Your roster will be Sunday to Thursday, 39.5 hours per week, with late-night work as applicable.
