Position: Road Marking Operator (Lead the Way & Get Hands-On!)

As the Operator, you're not just supervising—you'll be right in the action, operating advanced machinery and ensuring your team delivers high-quality road markings. It's a hands-on role that requires skill, leadership, and a love for getting things done.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate High-Tech Machinery - Get behind the controls of our road-marking equipment (CAP and paint machines) and ensure it's working flawlessly.
• Lead Your Crew - Set the standard for your team, providing guidance and support to get the job done right.
• Plan & Prep - Organize daily and weekly tasks, keep the crew and equipment ready for action, and tackle challenges as they come.
• Health & Safety First - Identify potential hazards and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.

What You Bring:

• Leadership skills or the drive to develop them.
• Strong hands-on, technical abilities with an interest in machinery.
• Ability to travel nationally (and sometimes internationally!).
• Great communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
